Dr. Aerial Burleson
Dr. Aerial is a passionate CrossFitter and mom of 2 baby girls. She knows what it’s like to train and compete at some of the highest levels, but also knows what it’s like to take a step back and reprioritize training to meet you in your current season of life – whether it’s going through a pregnancy/postpartum period, training for a competition or race, or recovering from an injury!
as a former collegiate soccer player, She now does crossfit to fill her competitive spirit. she competes throughout the year in various events and has over 7 years of experience with CrossFit. she knows what it’s like to personally encounter and overcome injuries, be pregnant/postpartum, or have to manage kids/daily life all while still training hard. She prioritizes health and fitness and as a competitor herself, she uses this knowledge to help all athletes overcome their own trials.

doctorate in physical therapy - just like your primary care physician, I spent 7 years in school to learn a lot about the human body!
fellowship trained sports manual therapist - 3 more years of 1-on-1 clinical mentoring where I spent countless hours learning to be a specialist in the management of athletes
Certified athletic trainer - i’ve helped treat various sports teams including, but not limited to, swim, football, soccer, cheer, gymnastics, lacrosse, etc.
certified strength and conditioning coach - I’m passionate about programming efficiently and effectively to help you get stronger and recover faster
pregnant and postpartum athlete specialist - I help moms and moms-to-be maintain their fitness safely
crossfit L2 certification - i’m super passionate about working out… I even own a gym!
Dr. Dylan Burleson
Dr. Dylan is husband to Dr. Aerial and Dad to two beautiful girls, Harper and MArley. The only other testosterone in the home are their two good dogs, charlie and scout. Dylan strives to practice what he preaches when it comes to living an active lifestyle. he grew up playing all sports, but baseball quickly became his main focus. he played non-stop for most of his life and then transitioned to playing as much golf as he cAN these days.
Dylan found crossfit in 2016 and fell in love with it immediately. Crossfit has become his main passion, as he does it nearly everyday of the week. in fact, he now owns Crossfit Wreckage with Wife AeriaL. he loves coaching, Programming, competing and enjoying the everyday grind of working out so he can be the best version of himself for his family.
As a physical Therapist and coach, the biggest goal with all of his patients/ clients is to keep them going at the highest level with whatever activity/sport that they love. Dylan knows first hand how important it is to have your PT/coach not only understand what you want to get back to doing, but to also know how to get you there and keep you there.

SMT-1 Spinal Manipulation Certification- I am trained in the use of manipulations for treatment of the entire spine.
Sports manual therapy certification (SMTC)- I know the most advanced manual therapy techniques to effectively treat the sports population.
