dr. aerial, mom of 2 girls, an experienced crossfit athlete, and pregnancy and postpartum specialist has gone through the challenges that come with being pregnant while working out.
she knows what it’s like to be given advice not specific to you and your history.
she knows what it’s like to modify exercises in the gym due to being pregnant, having leakage, pain, or signs of coning.
not only does dr. aerial have first hand experience, but she does whatever it takes to safely get you to your highest potential including, but not limited to, the use of manual therapy, exercise, mobility, movement retraining, breathing/bracing retraining, & dry needling. she’s passionate about devising an individualized plan targeted toward your exact needs.
